The 10th Annual Conference of the Bulgarian Comparative Education Society (BCES) will be held in Kyustendil, Bulgaria12 - 15 June 2012.

Kyustendil is situated in the southern part of the Kyustendil Valley, 90 km south-west of Sofia.

Kyustendil is a national balneological resort. The town has a population of 54 000. There are more than 40 mineral springs in the town. The waters are of considerable content of sulphide compounds. The resort region includes several baths, balneological complexes and others.

The Conference will be held at Strimon Spa Club Hotel in Kyustendil. Participants will be able to combine conference attendance with spa relaxation.

The overall goal of 10th BCES conference is to facilitate the discussion on different perspectives on education internationally providing a forum for scientific debate and constructive interaction in a multi cultural social environment such as Bulgaria. The conference will provide a platform for educators, teachers, researchers, doctoral students and practitioners to present their work; to exchange knowledge, ideas and experience and will identify solutions to existing challenges internationally known in education. This conference will not only build on the success of the previous BCES conferences but will seek to promote international exchange of ideas, collaborations and cooperation among academics, educators and other practitioners. The conference will also provide opportunities for participants to bounce off ideas with each other.

Being an established high-quality international forum that is always visited by participants from all continents, the Conference gives participants a friendly, homey and cozy environment providing excellent opportunities for contacts, presentations and discussions.
