Publication of full papers
Selected
full papers submitted to the Symposium will be published in the BCES Conference Book, Vol. 12, 2014 (publication date: May
2014).

Publication of abstracts
All accepted abstracts will be published in a Symposium Abstract Book. Each participant will receive a copy
of the abstract book.
Abstracts should:
- be written in English;
- have 200 to 350 words;
- consist of text only - author(s), title, text.
Language of paper presentations
The
Symposium language is English. Paper presentations (both oral and PowerPoint) and discussions are in English.
Presentations
and discussions in a section can be in another language, different from English, in case the Section Chair has allowed
and preliminary announced it.
Technical equipment
The conference rooms have computers and digital projectors for PowerPoint presentations, and wireless as
well.
